Classes at The Cart Shed

  • METCON

    Metabolic Conditioning. An intense, Full-Body workout combining strength training and cardiovascular fitness. Our most challenging class by far, but scalable for all abilitues. Be prepared. This class will push every muscle and energy system to the limit.

  • LIFT

    Resistance Training at its finest. Our LIFT class is suitable for anyone from newbies to seasoned pro’s. Designed to refine your lifting technique, improve strength, build muscle, increase bone density and prevent injury through lifting weights under close supervision by expert coaches.

  • STRIKE

    Our Martial-Arts Strength & Conditioning Class. Jab, Cross, Slip & Kick your way through this fast paced class. With sections dedicated to building fitness, strength & core stability, this class will leave you feeling invincible.

  • MOVE

    Mobility training. Learning to move your body the way nature intended. Restore flexibility, improve joint strength and stability and improve your coordination and control through scientific principles in this focused, low impact class.

  • PILATES

    Concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility with an empahsis on core strength. Pilates combines both physical and mental conditioning that leads to a strong body and sound mind.

  • YOGA

    A mindful flow connecting movement with breath. Explore transitioning through a creative sequence of postures designed to increase flexibility, strength and stability. Sometimes strong and dynamic, sometimes slow and gentle, each class will leave you feeling calm and focused.
